Chloe hopper

Bedeschi SpA develops solutions for bulk material handling and extraction, container logistics, and bricks.

The request concerns the creation of 3D models and drafting of the constructive of their Chloe hopper.

The client provided the data and technical specifications, as well as all design constraints such as opening size, overall dimensions, use of sheet metal, and fasteners.

According to the specifications agreed with the same customer, the 3D macro was developed.
Methods of fixing the hopper body bulkheads were studied.

Material entry and exit zones were studied, changes were made with respect to the inclination of the machine, movable bulkheads and internal protection systems were introduced.

The constructive of the developed bulkheads was realized.
