Worky Quad cover

Cast Group designs and manufactures mini articulated loaders.

The request was to develop a ew cover for Worky Quad condenser area.

The customer provided the mathematics of the machine, as well as all the design constraints that Rend needed to comply with (motor, fixtures, minimum distances).

We started from the analysis of overall dimensions/spaces. We opted for a solution by thermoforming to have more freedom of shape and make it easier to produce the piece.

The various parts were developed in Creo Parametric. Rend technicians modelled and designed the piece in close collaboration with the mould maker, as the customer had a very tight deadline.
