Oniloc makes security seals and pouches to ensure companies the integrity of their products by highlighting any tampering.

The client requested the design of equipment for loading, assembling, and handling the seal, which guarantees a cycle time of 2 seconds in order to meet the cost of selling the product.

The client provided the 3D model of the seal in its parts and technical specifications with the product sales requirements.

Rend developed equipment that, thanks to a loading system consisting of vibrators, singularizers and pneumatic drives, positions the components on a rotary table with 8 stations that works on the assembly and sealing of the seal, wire firing, lasering, optical inspection and packaging of the product.
